The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 500.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 350.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking or Vaping is not permitted! in some of our limousines and this is left to the discretion of the driver. Overtime pay will apply after the first 10 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ice. not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity Car seats are available for rent. Per Max’s Luxury Rides Insurance regulations and your own child’s safety, car seat must be installed and secured by the client. We assume you accept these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Max’s Luxury Ride’s Website,

Cancelation policy: When booking with Max’s Luxury Rides You have up to 24 hours to cancel for the event booked. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the event will forfeit all deposits, and or total trip. All booking requires a 50% deposit of total booking.
Vehicles: The client assumes full financial liability for any damages to any of the vehicles caused by the duration of the rental of them, or any member of their party. A fee of 500.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 400.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid by the clients. The driver has the right to terminate the run without any refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client). No type of smoking or vaping is permitted. Vehicle cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. Not responsible for any articles left in any of the vehicles. Some vehicles are with our partners.
Bad Weather: Not responsible for delays in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ice, salt, accidents, etc.)
Car seat Rentals: Car seats are available for rent. Per Max’s Luxury Rides Insurance regulations and your own child’s safety, car seat must be installed and secured by the client.
